Great Article, essential information, I wasnt into the online backup aplication till same happened to me, I use ZenOK Online Backup for backups so far been great.

I just add the client’s work to my existing subversion repository running on an external data center.

I have been using DropBox for about 6 months now. I use it for my web development work. This way all my images/files/etc are accessible from my home computer or laptop. I don’t have to sync to my laptop before I go to the coffee shop. :D

Hi,

really nice article – I use Sugarsync and I really love it. Others at stated above they also offer a 2GB free plan – and as well a free App for iPhone (i think they offer as well apps for other mobile devices)

As the author, I can also recommend to use a backup tool (better use both, on- & offline)
