Announcing Design Top 10

Design Top 10A project we have been working on for a while launches today – Design Top 10. The site will be updated every month, featuring the best website designs, tutorials and resources published in that period. Hopefully it will grow into a great place to find inspiration and keep up to date with the best content produced online.

The design stems from a notebook style layout, as the site is a ‘scrapbook’ of discoveries and inspiration on a monthly basis. I feel that it fits the profile of the site well and I’m really happy with it.

Please take a look at the site and, if you find it appealing, write a post about it or drop me a comment – I’d love to hear what you think. I hope you find Design Top 10 a useful source of inspiration!

    Hi,

    This is a nice site however on very quick thing I would do is make it center.

    Quick css add

    #pagewidth {
    margin:0 auto;
    }

    Apart from that looks great.

  2. Good call Phil. I’m not usually a fan of centered sites, but I think it works well in this case.

    Looks great! Should save time for those too busy to dig for all the best resources.

    @david. Yes I know what you mean with centered sites, some just do not work at all.

    However on this one I would imagine someone on a 1920×1080 screen would prefer it centered and not stuck on the left.

    Site that I am working on http://www.holidays-uncovered.co.uk centers and it looks good with the background as it is. (btw its being slowly redesigned.)

  5. Its looks very nice, how to convert css to any other category easily do u have any idea..
