A gorgeous iPad app based on the fantastic book The Wonderful Wizard Of Oz. I looks amazing on the iPad screen, the beautiful illustrations making a real impression. I love the quirky characters and wonderfully engaging imagined spaces.

A fantastically clear logo that makes great use of perspective to make an impact. I really like the way the three colours work together and the choice to have the 'the' in a circle. The typeface here is utterly readable, something that can be very important when designing a functional and effective logo.

A simple but effective site for a company that purports to be able to grow your business online. I like the trail that you follow through the various stages of description. The use of colour is good, the green helping to make a strong statement.

A gorgeous and beautifully clean site for a web designer. I love the butterfly and magnifying glass effect! The simple use of colour perfectly complements the subtle neutrals of the background and navigation.

A great icon for a Mac app that would look gorgeous in any dock. I love the vast attention to detail and beautiful use of shapes. I particularly like that the colour yellow has been used as the primary colour, it certainly helps to mark this app out.

A great idea for a business card concept that use a real world object, in this case playing cards, to help the card make an impact. The concept and strong use of contrast would really work well to grab the attention of any prospective clients.

An immediately striking site for a concept development team. The illustration instantly grabs you, as does the minimal layout and use of colours. I like the straightforward single column layout and descriptive use of text.

Boxing Timer
A gorgeous interface for a simple boxing timer app for the iPhone. I really like the design of the counter and the attention to detail here. The overall interface makes a great impact and has clearly been designed with great care.

Beat Books
An excellent logo that makes great use of a custom typeface. The surrounding shape works well and is memorable, as is the open book idea. I particularly like the restrained use of a highlight colour, in this case red.

A great site that solely comprises of a curated 404 not found gallery. I like the non-standard layout and simple navigation. The staff badges that indicate favourite entries are great and help to give the browsing experience some direction.

A great piece of UI design that comes from the footer of the personal website of Caleb Amesbury. I really like the raised feel of the icons and green highlight colour. The simple tweets section also works well and makes great use of the twitter blue.

A gorgeous design for some business cards! I absolutely love the brand identity and use of patterns throughout. The colour is also intriguing, the green perfectly complementing the neutral colour of the text and details.
