For their News App the people at Sky have delivered a super sleek interface that works beautifully on your iPhone. I really like the use of black in the background here, it gives the App a certain gravity! It\'s vital that a news App be intuitive and easy to use and the Sky News App delivers this and then some!

stylish and sleek business cards for a consulting network. You need your business cards to make a statement about you and your business and these ooze with professionalism! I like the contrast between the white front and black back, it gives the cards that extra spark!

Goldenboy Media\'s site is a great example of consistently gorgeous design! The layout is clear and full of nice details, such as the little handwritten notes around the site. I love the icons and use of typeface throughout, you can immediately tell they\'ve got a talent for logo design!

Boom
Boom is a simple but powerful Mac App for boosting your system volume! It\'s interface is perfect for its use and features a gorgeous looking equaliser function and great use of standard UI ideas. The sliders and switches are intuitive and there has clearly been a lot of effort put into the whole interface!

Print Handbook
A brilliant site design that features some really nice detail. The coloured \'buy it\' buttons are great, as is the execution of the three column approach! I love the fresh approach to layout shown here, the site guides you left to right across the columns rather than straight down the page.

BBC iPlayer
BBC iPlayer is now available on the iPad and it looks just great! The layout and functionality is intuitive, as is the use of tabs to switch between TV, Radio, and Favourites. The sleek interface is gorgeous in its resplendent black and pink colours and a joy to use!

Background Labs
A great looking site that features a wide variety of Photoshop backgrounds, patterns, textures, and graphics. I love the way the greyed out Facebook, Twitter, and RSS icons spring into colour as you scroll over them! The site is intuitively laid out and features a nice section for seeing the most popular tags!

Photoshop Express for iPhone
A beautifully minimal and simple App from Adobe for editing photos on your iPhone. I love the simple grey icons and controls and the way the App works exactly as you\'d expect it to! The uncluttered feel and generous amount of space left for the subject matter is excellent and makes the App a pleasure to use.

A clean logo that makes good use of typeface. I like the handwriting effect combined with the use of a straightforward typeface for the description. The detail on the leaves is a nice touch that helps to elevate the design!

An immediately intriguing site for a vinyl record shop based in Long Beach. The illustrations work well to hold a visitors attention although there\'s a lot more that could be done with vinyl art. I like the use of typeface and division of the background!

If you like a deal then you\'ll love Groupon! If you like Groupon then you\'ll love that you can get it on your iPhone! The interface is intuitive and perfectly transports the green and blue colour palette to the mobile App!

If I Build It
An awesome and immediately striking site for a solo web developer and designer! I love the slogan and the effective use of text in the header. The use of a single highlight colour works really well here, the yellow details help to hold a visitor\'s attention without bombarding them.

iWant is a multipurpose App for finding anything from restaurants to cinemas and is really quite enjoyable to use! I particularly like the bold yellow icons and the unique design behind the star rating system!

Yell for iPhone
The Yell.com App for the iPhone is incredibly useful and supremely easy to use. This is down to the intuitive design of its interface and huge database of information. I love the great icon design and use of bright yellow throughout, and the augmented reality mode is simply fascinating!
