Reader App
A solid icon for an iPhone app that makes good use of textures. I like the wood frame and the attention this designer has given to detail. The purpose of the app isn't entirely clear, but it'd look great on your home screen nonetheless.

A brilliant site for a design agency that looks to blow the competition away. I like the use of typography throughout and the open nature of the site - although I'm not convinced by the cheeky head shots.

An indescribably gorgeous replication of a physical rocker switch, made by someone who clearly values diligence and attention to detail. I love the way the lighting has been created, and the use of texture to add depth to the design.

Ice Cream Star
A simple but striking example of logo design. I particularly like the way the ice cream is melting over the star and the coherence of the shapes. The use of white for the ice cream and the background together, creates an interesting effect with the white space.

Android Wood Theme
While obviously not to everyone's taste, this is still an intriguing example of an Android theme. I find the use of textures interesting, if a little distracting, and the concept for the icons does seem to work.
