A great icon for a music app designed for the iPhone. I really like the clear intentions of the icon and the use of detail to add depth. The fact that it looks like a delightful button that you just want to press is a bonus!

A stunning logo mark that makes an immediate, and powerful, impression. I love the layers of thought that have gone into making various s shapes stand out. The blue colour of the background works perfectly with the white mark.

G Squared Studios

A striking site for a design studio based in Knoxville. The style of the site makes an immediate impression, the pixellated left border giving the site a distinct character. The typeface works well with the overall design of the site.

A simply stunning interface for an iPhone app that makes a great statement. I love the way the designer has taken ideas from the standard UI but given some a tweak, and completely redesigned others.

A great example of clean and stylish interface design. I love the simplicity of the buttons and the slight textures. The layout and button design is intuitive, you know exactly what's going to happen when you go to interact.

A simple but effective icon design that makes good use of colour shades. I like the clean lines and sense of depth.

Pill Style Play Buttons

A great example of some delightful buttons. I really like the use of texture and hatching on the buttons themselves. The sense of perspective given to the pressed and unpressed circular buttons is great.

Fjordland Ready Meals

A strong example of product branding. I really like the use of bright coloured labels to make an impact. The black packaging helps to highlight the food itself and draw in potential customers.

Awarnys

A brilliant logo that makes a strong impact on first viewing. I really like the unique typeface and the spacing of the letters. The logo itself is great and uses colour well to aid memorability.

An excellent logo that's focused on the simple typesetting of the company name. I really like the way the vibrant blue colour looks on white and the subtle details that add depth to the design.

A simply stunning iPhone app interface that makes great use of wood textures and standard user interface elements. I particularly like the use of colour and the clean lines and icons.

Map Icon

A gorgeous icon concept for an iPhone app. The detail here is stunning, the page curls, map image, and textures all contributing. Not fit for it's purported iPhone purpose yet, but beautiful nonetheless.

LicenseLogix

A simple but effective logo that would work well in the corporate world, as it's easy to replicate in a variety of mediums. I like the use of varying shades of blue and the symmetry.

T-Shirt Browser

A nicely designed interface element that perfectly complements the site itself. I like the simple drag bar and the circle that indicates how many likes the design has. The colour chosen is good in contrast to the designs, it differentiates itself.

Cards

An interesting concept for site navigation using coloured cards. I like the immediate impact these bright cards have and the good use of icons. It's always good to look at different ways to approach the user interface.

IdeaBang

A bold logo that uses two colours extremely effectively. I love the blue colour used here, it really makes an impact! The overall design makes a strong statement, but there's more detail there than first meets the eye.

Racana

A bright multicoloured logo that really catches your eye! The use of colour is effective but the typeface could be a little hard to read on first glance. I particularly like the company description in an unobtrusive grey beneath the extravagant logo.

Mix & Mash

This site has a wonderfully unique design that plays heavily on the title and uses a ribbon coming out of a blender as a banner for text. I love the color scheme, original concept and slight background animations.
