A stylish logo for a gold buying company. The straightforward symbolism works well, the dollar sign representing the cash you can receive in exchange for items made of gold. I like the effective use of symmetry and attention to detail.

A simple but stylish logo for a flour mill. The use of a monochrome colour palette makes it incredibly versatile and able to be used in a multitude of different situations. Often the simple approach is the most effective, and I think that's certainly the case here.

A simple concept, well executed. It can be difficult to make a single letter logo work at all, but here the use of a delightfully grungy texture and some loose idea of perspective help to make this one stand out. I particularly like the colours that comprise the weathered textured.

A brilliant and superbly effective site for a sporting club in the British West Indies. The large photographic slideshow can't fail to make an immediate impression! The site navigation is stylish but reserved, helping to keep the stunning visuals at centre stage.

A fascinating, and fun, approach to a item that many of us use on a daily basis! I love the concept of a calendar that's printed on bubble wrap, and while it's really only for keeping track of the days it would be a great way to start each day. It's worth bearing in mind that this is the size of a large wall poster...

This person said they wanted round business cards, but realized that doing so meant that the cards wouldn’t fit into a typical cardholder. The solution? A perforation that allows you to rip the card so it will fit. I love the concept and find that the choice of colours here just simply 'works'.

A great site for a self confessed 'curious designer'. I really like the framing of the body of the site by a textured header and footer, they add interest but keep the content uncluttered. Using a small gallery of recent projects is a great way to add life to any design based site and immediately draws in any visitors.
