I like the simplicity of a black logo on a white background, it definitely works here. The design of the mountains is great and really helps to make this design memorable, although I'd like to see more of the pickaxe logo.

A beautifully stylised site for a animator. I love the simplicity of the site and consistent use for typeface and illustrative style. There are some nice design touches that only become evident as you move around the site.

A fascinating concept for a design tool that allows the user to simply roll over and import a texture or material. I love the concept (the video is amazing...) although the physical design could be more sleek, and wireless.

A fascinating and beautifully designed careers page for an advertising company. I really like how immersive the experience of scrolling through the site is. The use of graphics and illustration really helps to make a great statement.

Here we have a brilliant example of stylish and sleek business cards. I love the use of black for the background as the logo really works when it's the only splash of colour in the design. The layout is simple but effective, people will immediately feel at home with this in their hands.

Discovery History
A simple but extremely effective logo for Discovery History. I like the symbolism of the peeling 'D', as if the surface is rolling back as we delve into the past. The colours work beautifully together and the textured background is great, although it won't work in every situation.

A relatively simple but well though-out design for a marketing agency. The consistent use of the raven idea works well to give the site a sense of unity. I generally find the colour palette works, although I'm not convinced by the orange navigation.

76 Synthesizer
A absolutely gorgeous example of interface design for the iPad. This synthesizer is simply jaw-dropping, the textures and bespoke switches and buttons transporting you through time. I love the golden hue of the controls and the analog style dials.

An immediate and striking site for an interface and web designer. The large slideshow of quotes and ideas really helps to draw visitors into the site. I particularly like the twist given to the social networking icons!
