A great neutral design with subtle colour accents. I particularly like the dramatic focal image. In addition, the typeface fits the overall design and the text keeps its explanation concise.

A relatively new Twitter client that uses white on black throughout. I really like the use of a home screen with nine icons but something about the detail of the icons doesn\'t work for me. The Twitter stream looks good in black and white but there could be more space in the layout.

A stylish business card perfectly suited to any designer. The texture of the background is great when contrast with the simple white text. The overall colour palette is effective and suits the geometry of the design.

A fantastically original site with really unique typographical illustrations and a really refreshing layout. Be sure to scroll to the bottom and have a look at the footer for even more design goodness.

The long awaited Twitter App perfectly suits the iPhone and makes it easier than ever to keep up with the world. The interface is simple but allows the content to thrive while the custom icons add design interest.

This site is a crazy combination of animation, illustration and unique design. It is absolutely beautiful to behold so be sure to stop by and have a look.

A really love the design of this page. The gallery steals the show and features two different sliding animations running in different directions. The piece of word art under the headline is quite attractive as well.

The big bold dials used in this App make a great impact. I like the continuity it achieves by using standard UI buttons in the settings menu. Of particular note is the fantastic design of the tape machine!

A great looking page that has been overrun with illustrated vines. I like the navigation icons and the footer design. Definitely a great web page!

This design style is fairly trendy right now and I am beginning to see it more and more. The basic premise is a very modular, grid layout with large squares placed over a beautiful photographic background. The end product is really nice.

The header on this site steals the show. It features a great cityscape photo with an animated transition. Notice how the text on the photographic background has been treated. It is not easy to place text over such a busy photo but this solution is both easy and attractive.
Posted in Web Design → PortfolioA business card for Pixelflow Design that\'s a great example of how to immediately grab someones attention. I love the scratched look of the black background and how it throws the clear geometric logo into stark contrast.

This site offers free Adobe Fireworks resources for designers. The site has a fairly simple design, but the layout and colors are really nice and it does not look like your typical downloads site.

Sally Park is a useful parking App that sports a wonderfully designed interface. The use of blue in the GPS section nicely highlights your parking information while the rest of the interface uses a slick white and grey palette. I particularly like the brilliant use of custom buttons.

Bold and simple business cards for any designer. I love the faded use of the logo under the black section of the card. This card really makes an impact with its use of strong geometric shapes!

This great design features lots of big, bold elements that are really quite stunning. The most impressive feature here is how well the design automatically reflows itself when you narrow the browser window size. Some of the best fluid layout work I have seen!

A simple but effective business card. The use of lime green against the black is great while the simple fading effects really make an impact. I especially like the detail on the back of the card and how it perfectly frames the important information.

This site features an excellently executed retro theme that is both fun and gorgeous. I love the use of colors and illustrations combined with the detailed stroke work on the edges.
