V Logo Design

I love the use of colours here, they really help to make this logo memorable. The curvature and sense of perspective help to set this logo design apart.

Wutune

A solid logo for Wutune Learning, digital education for kids. I like the unique colour palette and the recognisable mark, it helps to set the logo apart.

Jump Logo

A fun, stylish logo for Jump.tv. Looks great on a range of different background as well.

Scott Stephens

This is a superb example of a personal logo, I love the impact the jagged mark makes. The symmetry is great while the juxtaposition of the sharp corners of the mark with the circle surround helps to make it recognisable.

Charity

A really like the simple symmetry and bright colours of this charity logo design. The pattern is effortlessly reminiscent of the ribbons worn for awareness. The issue here is that the logo could be for almost anything.

Beast Camera

A gorgeous example of minimal icon design. I love the camera icon, the glint of the lens makes a real impact. The mail icon could be accused of being a little too simple.

Next

A fascinating logo that uses a really interesting colour combination. The blues of the logotype work very well together but I'm unconvinced by their marriage to the background. I do like the textured effect on the type, however, and the standardised curvature of the letters.

1000Memories

1000Memories is a fascinating site where visitors can gather and remember the lives of the people they love most. It has a great looking interface that immediately makes you want to take a closer look! I particularly like the solid icon design throughout and the effective use of bright colours.

Brokedesign

An outstanding design portfolio site. Immediately draws your attention to the dramatic design in the centre and leads you to enquire further. The use of polaroids as thumbnails is great and I also like the contrast of the bright primary colours with the black and white interface of the site.

Sebcreation

This site uses dramatic photography and impressive lighting effects to capture your attention. The busy background made creating readable typography difficult but the designer handled the problem like a pro and has created a beautiful and readable page.
