Alertful is a simple and free service that sends you friendly reminders for anything you need to remember. The page is cleverly designed with sticky notes and a friendly illustrated character.

Inservio

This site features some really stellar illustration work. I love the color palette, character design and simple messaging. Be sure to stop by the site and have a look around.

Weasylife

A beautiful dark theme that makes great use of color and transparency to create different levels. I like the hint of a bokeh background and the rounded corners on the image gallery.

Themes Kingdom

Themes Kingdom is an online retailer selling quality WordPress themes. I love the unique design style of this site and the fun illustration of the knight near the bottom of the page.

AKA Acid

This awesome site uses a heavy dose of beautiful 3D modeling to create immersive and fantastical scenes on every page. I love the treatment of typography throughout the site and the modeling is really excellent.

Alessandro Giammaria

The content here is split into two strong, clearly defined columns with a nice large jQuery slider on the right. I like the big, bold text in the navigation as well as the 3D effects on the left column.

Alexander Rudalov

An attractive site with plenty of whitespace and a nice wooden background. I like the little arrows and paths drawn over the background as well as the continuing theme in the image slider.

Stratis Design

THis site features a nice blue theme with a subtle noisy textured background and some fun illustrations. The overall design is clean and effective with lots of little touches that go a long way.

Foundation Six

A beautiful site that uses a typical but stylish 3D web page layout, subtle background textures and rich colors. They typography throughout the page is particularly well done. Notice the mixture of thick almost western serifs with thin condensed sans-serif type.

Organic Themes

Organic themes is an excellently design site with a beautiful header and lots of nice graphical elements. Notice how there are only one or two simple leaf shapes that have been repeated throughout the site at different rotations to really carry the theme. Simple and effective!

Lucid Dream Studios

An edgy design with busy graphics and unique typography. The explosion graphic in the header is nice as well as the thumbnail strip along the bottom of the page.

Launchlist

An interesting tool to help developers launching a new site ensure that they have covered all the bases. The UI design is really great, the typography is beautiful and the animated cloudy background is perfect.

Zennaware

The large image in the center really steals the show and is a really nice piece of 3D modeling. The rest of the page is very minimal and serves as the perfect setting to highlight the primary graphic.

Druck Deine Diplomarbeit

A really great looking site with clean lines, nice typography and excellent icon design. The treatment of the headline is particularly nice along with the large footer that contrasts heavily with the rest of the page.

Daggerfin

This site features an excellent textured background and nice muted color illustrations. It also has the coolest scrolling idea I have ever seen. The graphic at the top stays with you as you scroll but appears through differently shaped holes in the background texture. Stop by and try it out!

Woo Concept

This site is the online portfolio of Thibaut Ninove, a freelance web designer. I love the huge header, cool color scheme, and nice button design. This site does an excellent job at grabbing your attention and not letting go.

Anderbose

Anderbose is the personal portfolio of Brad Haynes. I love the dark theme, lighting effects, and clean grid layout displayed here. The node-based content works really well in this context.
