This site is an absolutely beautiful online store selling icons. The theme is a set of shelves and every icon set is displayed in a custom box design. The Photoshop work here is fantastic and you really must click through and check it out.

This site uses a super simple minimalist layout, which really highlights the attractive imagery. I like the restrained use of color and the repetition of the single color for emphasis in all the right areas.

A nice looking corporate design that is quite attractive while remaining clean and professional. There are lots of little touches that go along way. Subtle uses of texture, shadowing and lines really finish out the design.

This site builds a selection of books for you instantly as you type in a query. The design is very much like that of the Apple iBooks interface with a nice wooden bookshelf that displays cover art, often with a Kindle peeking out from behind the book.

This site has an absolutely beautiful design with perfect colors, textures and graphics. The content in the header automatically slides up in a smooth transition and is an excellent display of all the services offered by the company.

This site design is an awesome combination of color, texture and photography. Notice that the design is not just attractive but highly functional. The restaurant hours are placed right on the homepage because they are probably one of the main reasons people stop by the site.

This site features a flying sea turtle island with a windmill on its back. How cool is that? In addition to this crazy graphic, I like the textured background and use of all caps in the headers.

One Page Wonders is a really unique looking web design gallery showcasing single page sites. The treatment of the page previews is really nice: I love the large vertical thumbnails and the ticket theme.

The design above is a really great looking under construction page from the awesome designer Claudiu Cioba. I love the typography and the use of circles in the design. The overall effect is classy but in an aged sort of way.

A nice bold design with lots of big elements. Normally I would not be crazy about using all caps through the entire site but it works well here with the bold condensed font.

EIght Hour Day is a design and illustration studio with a unique and attractive body of work. I love the illustration style found all over the website and their work. The choice of typography and colors is spot on and provides a great compliment to the images.
