DJs need business cards and you pretty much can\'t top one that is a turntable! As you spin the record, different information is revealed. An ingenious mechanism that makes your potential client actively want to read your information! I love the beautiful simplicity of the design and commitment to the concept.

An absolutely fascinating approach to user interface design. This is a contact page like no other... The hand-drawn style is used effectively, and while I not totally on board with the changing of the mouse and attempts to get you to view the site fullscreen, it's certainly a different approach to a contact page!

An excellent logo for a producer and DJ that makes good use of a solid black background. It could have worked well to use more outstanding colours, the palette is a little restrained. I do, however, like the typeface chosen and the white of the text really stands out on the black background (as always).

A clean and stylish portfolio for a'multi-disciplinary designer' based in Manchester. I like the consistent use of white on black and the strong contrast achieved. The portfolio section itself is attractive and gives a good amount of space to each design.

A well thought out and decidedly pretty site for a mobile App developer. The layout is intuitive and the site guides you down the page rather than leaving you to figure it out for yourself. I particularly like the attention to detail and little hand-drawn touches.

A clean and minimal site for a UX & product designer from the Ukraine. I like the simplicity of the header and effective contrast between black and white throughout the site. A gallery of previous work is a great way to add interest and colour to your site.

A sleek and stylish App from the people at Fox! I like the consistent black and gold theme and businesslike approach to interface design. The use of thumbnails is good, as is the choice of typeface. The numbers and text are all clearly readable!

A simple but incredibly ingenious idea for a business card! This one is great because it’s actually super cheap. The card is one color, uses minimal ink and doesn’t have to have any special materials, folds or cuts. I’ll wager that most people won’t be able to resist sneaking it up to their lip for a quick dose of mustache mischief!

An intriguing site for a designer who focuses on \'typographically sound\' design. It\'s interesting that it\'s so stripped back and minimal and simply includes a shot from his latest project rather than a gallery. I do, however, like the focal slideshow and the beautiful graphical detail on each slide.

Omnigraffle is a carefully thought out App for creating a quick diagram or process chart on your iPad. The menu bar is really effective at giving you all your options in one single place, leaving the rest of the space for your colourful diagrams!

A bright and immediately striking site for a web design agency. The use of yellow as a focal colour works very effectively! The use of typeface really helps to engage visitors, but some of the sizing of the text further down the page, while obviously intended to highlight certain things, is a little distracting.

An interesting logo that's all about the typeface. I really like the amount of detail that's been put into the typeface, the hole through the apostrophe is particularly nice! The colour palette is intriguing but actually seems to work pretty well!

A clean and intuitive site for a graphic designer and frontend web developer. It\'s a good example of effective selection of typefaces, the name of the site is interesting and made a focal point while the main text is in a more clearly readable typeface. I particularly like the portfolio gallery and the differently sized thumbnails of each project!
