I really like the strong image focus that this site has, the huge background images giving a real sense of character and consistency to the site. The use of typography and simple iconography helps to unite the site and create a engaging experience.

Sometimes, the colour of an element can do wonders for an interface. This is one of those occasions. Another grey slider would have made this a mundane design at best, but the perspective and bright colour of the slider makes it jump right out at you.
