ToDo Progress Timer

An interesting design for a ToDo timer that uses colour to simple effect. I particularly like the font used for the numbers on the counter.

Big Free World

I love this example of a hand-drawn logo that perfectly suits the theme. Using just blue on the earth design helps to keep the the colours from overwhelming the concept.

Minimal Pagination

An example section of a registration form with gorgeous subtle details. It’s split into two columns — a three step overview of the process on the left, and form fields, and upload box, and progress bar on the right.

Santana Fashion

An excellent, and easily customisable theme for any kind of online store. I really like the flexible grid layout and the bright design aesthetic.

Sparrow Rebound

A great, albeit slight, redesign of one of Sparrows potential iOS icons. I love the crisp design of the paper airplane and the cohesion of the overall icon. There are an awful number of blue iOS icons, but Sparrow chose blue and should probably stick with it.

Comic Sans Criminal

A fascinating and well designed site that's aim is to reduce inappropriate use of Comic Sans. I like the typefaces used and colours chosen for the various pages. The navigation works very effectively to keep the visitor engaged.

Bronco

A bright and bold site for web design and marketing agency. The use of icons and illustration throughout really helps to give the site character, it makes a statement about the company itself. The intuitive layout is great and helps to guide you through the page, you can immediately tell what it is the company does.

OmniGraffle

Omnigraffle is a carefully thought out App for creating a quick diagram or process chart on your iPad. The menu bar is really effective at giving you all your options in one single place, leaving the rest of the space for your colourful diagrams!

Google Translate

As you\'d expect from the people at Google their translation App is clean and instantly useable. I really like the simple three tab approach and bright clear menus! The use of icons and buttons is great, my particularly favourite is the red and black \'Speak now\' icon.

Skype

A clear and beautiful interface for Skype, the free communication App. Good implementation of thumbnails and great icon design make it a pleasure to use! I particularly like that it retains the subtle blue colour scheme from the desktop App.

On The Job

A stylish Mac App interface that uses greys extremely effectively. The clock and calendar functions are great and are a good focal point for the App. The typeface and use of white for the text keeps it readable and clear.

Zahnarzt Dusseldorf

The giant photographic header is a beautiful element that immediately grabs your attention. Other nice touches include the pop of orange and the blurry transparency on page tabs.
