A strong and striking logo design that exemplifies good execution of a simple idea. I particularly like the background colour and the bold typeface.

Chic at Home

A simple but effective retail site for a soft furnishings and homeware store. I like the quaint colour scheme and diverse use of images. The focal slider at the top gives an immediate indication of the style of the shop.

Bike Logo

A simple but gorgeous logo for a biking company. I really like the colour chosen here and the subtle textures. The angular nature of the rider contrasts effectively with the circular wheels.

Sunny Days

An unerringly bright and vibrant site for a sunglasses retailer. The colourful and carefree nature of the images can't fail to make a strong impact. I really like the extensive gallery layout of the rest of the site, the ability to scroll through all the items without changing page is a good touch.

Three Sixty

Certainly a different approach to a logo for a real estate agent. I like the typography and illustrative approach. The colour highlights on the text add an effective degree of perspective and depth to the design.

Seamco

A wonderfully engaging site for a bottling and packaging company. I love the use of animations and graphic style. The colour palette is great, it makes you want to stick around and read, whether you have anything to bottle or not...

ID Card

A brilliant illustrated interface element for a new site. I love the use of green on the purple background, it's a bold colour combination. The quirky illustrative style really helps make this element interesting and memorable.

Photo Sharing

A snapshot of an upcoming photo sharing site. I love the design elements that can be seen here, the use of texture and the framing of the photographs. I also like the way a restrained background helps to push the photography to the fore.

Idyllic Creative Handcrafted Design

A beautiful site for a designer specialising in 'handcrafted' design. I love the illustrations, they really bring the site to life. I particularly like the colour palette, it's different enough to make a statement.

Pocketbooth

A photobooth App for the iPhone that features a delightfully enticing interface. I love the choice of colours and use of background textures, although there is a slight lack of consistency! The shutter button looks great and is immediately satisfying!

AetherFunk

A great logo that\'s based on an excruciatingly simple idea! The use of lowercase if really effective, as is the clean fading background. I love the colour palette and its beautiful implementation!

Romania

To brand a country is a potentially daunting task! This logo for Romanian tourism is an excellent attempt at capturing the essence of a country. I love the vague use of the country outline and vibrancy achieved through the dramatic use of colour!

Sander Wapstra

A relatively simple site that uses its typefaces and layout to draw you in. The designers initial in the to left is great but could be larger while there is a certain lack of colour. I do really like the custom designed Twitter icon however.

Christa Zinner

The superb detail on this business card really grabs your attention. Unfortunately it\'s slightly let down by how difficult it is to read the text. Nonetheless I think the colour palette is great and that, overall, the design works.

Pop The Box

This site uses an awesome argyle patter in conjunction with a perfect color scheme and some subtle textures. I love the bold script font used here and the fixed background that makes the content seem to float on scroll.

Kathryn Thurman

Though this site contains some serious layout issues beneath the fold, I really liked the illustration style in the header. The textures and colors are mixed well to create a nostalgic feeling when you look at the page.
