Knit Twitter Icon
An interesting concept for an alternative Twitter icon that makes great use of texture. The knitted bird works well to make you look again, although it's certainly not a direction Twitter themselves would ever go.

Snooker Table Icon
An excellent example of icon design for iOS that makes great use of little details. I love the texture of the table surface and the wood grain. The lighting and reflections, on the ball in particular, add great depth to the icon.

A landing site for a new iPhone app. I love the design of the site, it's intriguing and wonderfully detailed. The simple animation as you scroll down brings the site to life, as does the movement of 'Nizo'.

A simply gorgeous example of an illustrated icon. I love the effective use of colour and the excellent use of shading. The background colour helps to highlight the detail on the cup itself.

A simple but beautifully effective icon for an iPhone app. This MoneyBook icon perfectly conveys the purpose and design of the app, something that's vitally important when designing an app icon. I particularly like the coherent use of texture and stitching detail.

A gorgeous example of a branding exercise for organic honey. I love the bee-like stripes on all of the pots, and the wing-like labels. The typeface and use of colour here works very well to create strong brand recognition.
