I have included this site almost entirely because of the leading slider. I really like the effect create by the photographic slideshow, particularly the way each one dissolves into focus.

A absolutely love this iOS game icon, it immediately makes it clear what it is for. The textures work really well, and the perspective gives the design depth. The overall design is coherent and draws your attention.

A slick holding page for a site that will hopefully become a useful resource for WordPress users. I like the badge and banner approach, the colours help to add depth and make this design jump out.

Here we have some great toggles that make an immediate statement. I love the use of colour and fading to give real depth to the design. The bold approach works really well here.

An intriguing, if preposterously pointless, site that will generate an insult for your person of choice. I do like the use of typography and nice animations, they add a layer of depth to the experience.

A wonderfully sleek example of personal branding. The matt black works supremely well! The cohesion between the designs is really strong, they're easily recognisable as belonging together.

A good logo for a meeting web app. The venn diagram concept works well for this kind of purpose. I like the quirky typeface and the interesting colour palette.

A dramatic and unerringly bold site that's designed to make an impact. The design of the site fits beautifully with the drive of the sites vision. I love the use of orange and the excellent typography.

Insites Coaster
These coasters are rather gorgeous design pieces aimed at promoting the Insites tour, a series of design-focussed talks and discussions across the UK. I love the use of colour here and the perfection with which these have been printed.

Volunteer Louisiana
A simply gorgeous site for a volunteering charity for Louisiana. I really like the combination of photographic elements with graphic design. My one complaint is that the static header is quite large and obscures a significant proportion of the content proper.

I particularly like the interesting manipulation of shape here. You're expecting a circle, but get a non-uniform shape. The letter amalgamation also works well.
