A stunning site designed for a summer camp. I absolutely love the illustrative style, the bright colours and cartoon hills. The use of icons for the activities is a strong element and works perfectly with the colours used.

This particular site makes an immediate impact with its strong graphic approach. The paint splashes add interest and colour to what could otherwise be a functional and lifeless site. The consistent graphic style works well, although some of the paint splashes are a little distracting.

A brilliant portfolio site for a creative design agency. You have to experience the whole site to grasp it, the interactivity is beautifully intuitive. I love the grid layout for the gallery, it immediately gives the visitor a glimpse of the design style.

A striking site for an icon and user interface design agency. The use of a black background is effective here, colours like purple and bright pink helping to bring contrast to the site. I like the social networking icons and the typeface used throughout the site.

Receipt Book Icon
A really well designed icon for a iPhone receipt book. The colour palette is interesting but really works, while the binder edge helps to make the app feel more physical. I like the folded napkin and opening pages in the bottom right corner.

A bold HTML5 site for a web designer that has clearly had a lot of attention given to it. I like impact that the header makes and clear way the site leads you through. A good example of a how a single column layout can work.
