A superb site for a printing company that makes excellent use of a consistent graphical style. I like the use of colour in the logo and the clear visual examples of their work.

The background colour of this logo makes a strong statement and helps to make it memorable. I love the clean design of the pencil and pen, it gives the logo a distinct character.

A simple, but effective, portfolio section of a site for a design agency, I like the way the designs come to life as you scroll over them, and the simple and intuitive layout.

The perfect site for a knitware company, I really like the header bar and the use of textures throughout. The photography also helps the site to give a great impression.

Dribbble Icon

A strong redesign of the Dribbble icon itself. I'm fascinated by the interesting deployment of textures here! The pink colour is striking, particularly on the grey background.

De Story Cafe

Here we have a wonderfully cartoony logo for a chilled out cafe or bistro. I love the bold childlike lettering and speech bubble idea! The colours are what make this logo a really appealing proposition, they make an immediate statement about the atmosphere of the establishment.

Picons

A stripped back yet gorgeous site for royalty-free vector icons for designers. I love that the background is kept simple in order to give the icon design centre stage! I particularly like the typefaces used and choice of colours for the icon sets.

Hallaserke

A straightforward logo framed by a fascinating background! The polaroid theme is used well and I like the textures used. The colour palette works really well, the pink immediately grabs your attention!

Sign Relation

I chose this site pretty much based solely on the header. It is a colorful, attractive and crazy piece of typographic art that really sets a unique stage for the rest of the site.

Mischievous

A great looking design with custom typography and humorous photography. I love the contrast between the bright header and the dark content area.

Bulls+Arrows

A beautiful site with a well-executed space theme, large attractive graphics and photos, and attractive typography. From top to bottom this is just a great looking site that perfectly nails the aesthetic for the target market.

RoteaDesign

This site uses a very simple layout to pull off a classy and minimal portfolio. The biggest section on the page is the work sample slider which really gives emphasis to the talent of the designer and therefore highlights the product for sale.

Made By Creature

Made by Creature is a really attractive web page that uses bold colors and attention grabbing images. The logo is a really nice piece of design and the slab typography on the page really fits the overall theme.

Assisted Serendipity

This clever site uses FourSquare to tell you if the male/female ratio is in your favor at a given location. The undoubtedly feminine site uses pink gradients and curvy fonts to clearly target the fairer gender. I love the little map graphic with a single 3D building.
