A brilliant interface that makes accessing the wealth of information on the Internet Movie Database simple and enjoyable! It\'s clear, intuitive, and employs the same star rating system used on the site.

A clean and straightforward site for a multimedia designer. I like the use of a relatively common layout, it allows the visitor to immediately find their way. The typeface used for \'Steve Brown\' is wonderful and makes a great statement about his design philosophy!

Tea Round

Tea Round is Russian roulette for those wanting to sort out who fetches the tea at the office for the day. The design elements used in the app are gorgeous and subtle detail like the steam make it a real winner! I love how effortlessly simple Tea Round is, in premise and design!

DaisyDisk

DaisyDisk is a gorgeous application for analysing disk usage. The dark theme is stylish and used effectively throughout. I absolutely love the central graphic, it grabs your attention while displaying useful functional information.

Casa Laura

A beautiful site for a bed and breakfast. The use of a three photograph slideshow works well as a focal point while the remainder of the site exudes class and style. I particularly like the nice touches of detail and typeface used.

Rekon

A solid business card design that treads the line between being professional and standing out. The repeated company name works really well, as does the colour palette. Yellow on grey is a popular colour selection but remains effective.

Kenne Deine Rechte

A nice, clean design with bright pops of color in all the right places. I really like the interesting abstract shapes in the logo. They feel like 3D objects that Picasso created or something. An interesting effect!

Munch 5 A Day

Munch 5 a Day is an iPhone app designed to help you eat the proper amount of fruits and vegetables. The site features a really attractive textured background and some great typography.

Inservio

This site features some really stellar illustration work. I love the color palette, character design and simple messaging. Be sure to stop by the site and have a look around.

Inspiredology

Insrpiredology is an awesome blog with an awesome new design. The header illustration is stellar and is both humorous and quite impressive. Also, the post format is really clean and easy to follow and the footer is quite well done.

A simple design with strong visual appeal and nice use of contrast. I really like the dark color scheme and the design of both the header and footer.

Collision Labs

I love everything about this design. The bright background color, the grunge graphics, the subtle use of texture, it all comes together beautifully. The typography is also quite nice. Condensed fonts often look stylish in all caps and I think it works particularly well for this design.

PhoneGap

PhoneGap is an open source framework for mobile apps. The site features a lot of great bits of design. The dark gray background with the square is nice, the icons are excellent and there is a seamless flow between a two and three column layout.

You Know Who Design

This page is very attractive and uses a single bright color in the header to grab your attention and contrast against the white background. The layout is beautiful with plenty of white space and the typography is spot on. A really great design!

This single page portfolio does an excellent job of organizing important information into a visual hierarchy that would be effective for potential employers and clients. The design is light and airy, with a nice CSS3 letterpress effect on the headline and a thick white border providing strong contrast between the photos and background.
