A great shot of the menu of a web app designed for a clothing shop. I really like the varied use of textures to add interest and give depth to the design. The typeface is good, if a little difficult to read at points.

A simply great site for a freelance designer. I love the minimal background and clean layout, the design work is made the clear focus. The gallery works really well, with flushes of colour as you scroll over projects.

An immediately striking site for a web designer. I love the use of illustrations and graphic design, it immediately captures your imagination. Some of the text is a little difficult to read but the jovial nature of the site makes up for it.

A fascinating HTML5 project that makes for an interesting browse. I love the circular thumbnails on strings and the unique approach to navigation. The colours immediately make a statement alongside some great typefaces.

A striking interface for a hotel site that uses bold colours to make an impact. I like the clear site navigation and intricate detailing. The central logo really grabs your attention, the colour scheme is engaging.

A beautiful photography site for a photographer specialising in weddings and engagements. I really like the simple layout and effective use of previous work. The variety of shots and colours really helps to give a visitor a glimpse of her style.

Another Tomato
A simple but brilliant logo that immediately catches your eye. I really like the bright colours used here and the textured appearance of the tomato. The logo itself looks like it's a childish drawing, something that can be very hard to capture.

365 Typefaces
Here we have a gorgeous iPad App that uses 365 typefaces to give each day a new twist. I love the vibrant use of colour throughout the App, it works really well in combination with the vast array of typefaces. I particularly like that day gives you an expose of the daily typeface.

Rock Bluff
A good example of a stamp-style logo, in this instance for a brewing company. The use of a ribbon for the company name is really effective and helps it to stand out above the rest of the logo. I like the circular nature of the logo and the stag, but the white border gets a little clumsy around the antlers.

Wells Riley
A striking home site for a graphic designer. I think the decision to keep the text at an absolute minimum unless the user requests it works really well here. Using switches helps to make it an immersive experience and further intrigue any prospective clients, although it may also put some off.

A fascinating site for a graphic/web designer. It manages to make you genuinely feel like he's sitting right in front of you. I like the simplicity of the site although some of the sporadic aspects, the 'Like' box for example, can make it feel a little messy.
