Kaleidoscope helps to make the boring task of comparing any number files enjoyable using its super flexible and highly useable interface. An example of functional but effective interface design.

An undeniably beautiful way to make presentations on your iPad. Keynote uses textured backgrounds and great themes to create an effortlessly stylish interface. The use of drop-down menus is excellent while the custom icons make you want to try out each possible chart style!

Relatively simple but extremely effective packaging for a CD. I love the use of just two colours throughout and the consistent graphical style. The continuation of the design onto the CD itself is excellent and shows great attention to detail.

You expect design portfolios to be good and this is no exception. The bold use of text and colour makes for a friendly and welcoming site that urges you to read on! I\'m not a huge fan of the background colour but the beautiful typefaces used throughout more than make up for it.

A relatively basic, but nonetheless clear, corporate logo. The natural palette is used effectively and the text is readable on first glance. The alignment of the text suits the logo well.

A simple design for a homemade cake company that features mouth-watering photography! The typeface is great and the stripped back design allows your attention to be drawn to the beautiful treats on display.

Yahoo! Sportacular for iPad is a great looking App for keeping up with all your favourite teams. The incorporation of team colours and logos is a nice touch while the overall layout works hard to give you all the information you could want in one place.

A simple but nonetheless effective design for a business card. I\'m fascinated by the text, especially the typeface, and like the way it has been used in repetition to create a pattern. The light colours are complementary and allow the important information to be clear in a dark grey.

Good use of orange against a neutral background here. The layout of the site makes it easy to navigate while the tape player adds interest. I like the box that slides through various tracks that were produced and/or mixed by Tim Palmer.

A brilliant restaurant site with an active header that brings the street to life. The way the menu bar and logo use perspective to jump out at you is great! I also particularly like the use of colour set against a desaturated background.
