I particularly like the distressed look of this logo design, although I'm unconvinced by the way the marks go outside the circle. The strong use of monochrome and symmetry helps to mark this logo out.

I really like the subtle yet beautiful background that gives this portfolio site its character. The restrained use of text and navigation means that visitors are guided into direct contact with this designers work, and then straight to the contact information.

A strong example of a rigid grid layout that works perfectly as the landing page for an artist management agency. I like the bold use of imagery and the strict use of black and white for the rest of the text and navigation, it gives extra weight to the photographs.

A simply great example of a business card that perfectly suits a graphic designer. I really like the nature of the brush strokes and the choice to use black on white for the whole card, it's a bold one.

This is a fantastically understated, yet perfect, site for one of the most accomplished and well-respected hair stylists in the world. I love the simple grid of photographs and the reluctance to use any text that isn't absolutely necessary.
