A great example of a minimal, yet unique, interface element. I love the way the shadows make it look effortlessly tactile. A whole UI set like this would be an immediate impression.

Ice Cream Star
A simple but striking example of logo design. I particularly like the way the ice cream is melting over the star and the coherence of the shapes. The use of white for the ice cream and the background together, creates an interesting effect with the white space.
