A stripped back but effortlessly effective portfolio site for a graphic designer and illustrator. I love the grid layout of the portfolio page and the simple use of jQuery. The site gives a very clear idea of the designers style and approach.

A derivative, but still striking icon for an iPhone app that only works in iOS 5. The bird outline on the metallic background (reminiscent of iCloud) works well to get the purpose of the app across. The only tweak would be to add more depth to the icon.

I love the detail evident here, it really helps to make this icon stand out. The intriguing nature of the floor plan and the curvature of the paper add depth and presence to the icon. I like the dramatic way the pin has broken through the paper, and the overall effect.

It's always good to see interesting new approaches to iPhone app design. This nocturnally inspired interface certainly makes a mark. I appreciate the difficulty inherent in moving away from the standard, and quite like the circular icons.
