A straightforward but effective app for displaying the top schools in Mexico. I like the use of coloured ribbons to add interest to the list. The use of icons in the tab bar is great, an intuitive touch.

A great example of simply yet classy business cards. I like the red type on black and the intuitive layout. The use of matt card works really well in this instance.

A brilliant portfolio site for a creative design agency. You have to experience the whole site to grasp it, the interactivity is beautifully intuitive. I love the grid layout for the gallery, it immediately gives the visitor a glimpse of the design style.

A beautifully clean UI element that makes great use of subtle colour shades. I love the perspective given to the dial, you just want to touch it. The sterile and sleek look of this dial could perfectly complement an iPhone UI.

An incredible idea for a business card design! These heat-activated, color changing business cards are amazing. I love the interactivity of the design and the pure impact they would have on any prospective clients.

A minimal site for an illustrator that makes effective use of simple imagery. I love the use of the pink ribbon and the way it winds its way through the grey bars. The navigation is intuitive and the site is clear but restrained in its use of text.

A glimpse of a great interface for an iPhone app. I love the wood textures and the detail of the grain, while the snapshot photos work well to add life to the UI. The custom font used for the app name makes a strong statement and is utterly memorable.

Xcellon
A great logo and logotype for a corporate branding exercise. I love the use of colour on the 'X' logo itself, although perhaps that could have been used as the first letter of the word. The type is clean and utterly readable, something especially important for corporate logos.

A simple yet effective site for a company that sells letterpress posters. I like the descriptive central graphic and the restrained use of text. The poster gallery is stripped back but works really well to show off the type.

Android Compass
A mockup of an interface design for a compass app for Android. I love the attention to detail and the custom icons designed for the project. Overall the interface in intuitive and makes good use of highlight colours for 'Add Place' and 'Add Note'.

A brilliant example of a portfolio site. The focal slider really captures your attention through the use of two contrasting slides. The gallery works perfectly for its purpose, while I like the use of typography throughout.

A brilliant and wonderfully futuristic interface for an iPhone app that rebrands your tasks as missions. I love the use of colour to give this a futuristic sheen, while the graphs and infograhics add a great deal of interest to the app.

An awesome business card concept! From a certain angle, the card simply says “Hi.” When you get closer though you realize the company name is “Hidden Creative.” A great optical illusion!

A simple shot of an iPhone delivery costs screen for an app called iPostcards. I love the wood grain and the fascinating use of typography. The green and blue circles work really well to make the details clear, even on a small screen.
