A jQuery powered slider with a little CSS3 styling, and a little JavaScript noise. I like the minimal design and the subtle use of noise for added depth and texture.

A simply perfect site to advertise a new iPad app. FiftyThree have done a beautiful job with Paper, and this website is designed to show it off. I like the restrained use of text and the subtle but intuitive footer that includes the navigation.

A simple shopping cart checkout page, that uses clean and clear buttons to guide you through to checkout. I like the clarity of the design, and the intuitive layout.

A great example of a blog for a creative studio, where stories and worlds come to life across many forms of visual communication. I love the illustration that fills the header and the strong single column design.

A great example of textured design. Envelope is vectored (not including textures) and the psd is fully organised, allowing easy customization of the layers.

The House Media Agency
A solid site for a design agency that uses a colourful design to make a statement. I particularly like that they have the gallery of designs at the top of the site.

A simple login box that can easily be customized. I really like the use of little details, like the key on the Sign In button.

An interesting logo for a new live music event in downtown Cincinnati. It's a great logo that makes perfect use of distinctive colours and subtle textures.

A very different portfolio site for an individual designer that certainly bears the mark of his character. The simple navigation on the left works well to complement what could be a slightly confusing scrolling central column.

An interesting example of an icon that's bright and engaging while conveying a clear purpose. The lightbulb/pencil design has been done before, but it's a good motif.

A great design for a web interface that uses a team page. I really like the clean design and lack of visual clutter. The icons are excellent and the use of colour is excellent.

Dogscanbark
A simple layout can work incredibly when combined with intriguing content. This portfolio layout works perfectly as the frame for a site dedicated to illustrations of dogs. The gorgeous artworks come alive when placed side-by-side, the intriguing variety drawing you in.

Just a little icon of the French passport. Simples. I particularly like the level of detail, although this element would only be useful in a very limited number of situations.
