A great example of product design that would make you look twice. The bow tie mark is very different from the usual wine logo and makes this design easily memorable. The way the design differs for the occasion is a simple but effective idea that further lends the brand memorability.

A brilliant product redesign for the ever popular Starbucks coffee chain. I love the simplification of the the key design elements and the powerful use of the brand. The updated logo and type look fantastic and make every coffee cup a piece of subtle advertising.

Hollywood Fitness
A simple logo design for a fitness club based in LA. The black and white approach makes a strong statement and also makes for easy reproduction of the logo. I particularly like the badge design, it's memorable and clear.

A simple, and relatively short, site for a web designer. I like the restrained use of space, it helps to focus the attention of any visitors. The gallery works well, as does the personal logo and typography.

A great logo design that emphasises the use of texture. I love the use of typography in combination with fantastic textures. The whole design is wonderfully memorable and unique.

An intriguing and vividly colourful logo that immediately grabs your attention. I like the drop design and the use of shape and colour throughout. The design works very effectively against a white background, the colour really stands out.

A brilliant logo that makes use of a more unique colour palette. Tumble Tees is a Youth-run screenprinting shop located in Downtown Phoenix that provides creative opportunites and vocational training for homeless and at-risk youth.

iA Writer Icon
A fascinating updated logo for iA Writer, a minimal writing app for iOS. I like the simplicity of it and the clean use of texture. I do, however, think that it's not the clearest possible icon for the app - the addition of at least one letter (A) before the cursor could clear everything up.

Surfer Chic
A great logotype that immediately makes an impact. I love the use of colour and the style of the illustration. The typeface for 'surfer' is particularly unique and angular.
