A brilliant example of a grid design as a web layout. I love the minimal navigation and the size of the blocks. I particularly like the attention paid to type and the interaction of the gallery.

A drastically simple logo mark that's solely focused on a single letter. I like the interesting shape of the type and the recessed setting. The faint circles that surround the mark could work more effectively if they were slightly more noticeable.

An almost ridiculously basic site that serves as a homepage for an actor. The bonus of having a site this plain is that the navigation is clear, as are the contact details. I rather like the simple nature of the single still photograph, it actually helps this site to stick in your mind.
