The incorporation of the rocket in this logo is great. It\'s bold, eye-catching, and makes the brand recognisable. I particularly like the custom typeface used alongside a subtle colour palette.

Spreadt
The handmade paper look of this site works well with the use of a custom typeface. I like the torn paper effect and use of light blue and pink to highlight the key headings. I also find the use of punctuation in the logo helps to make the company name recognisable.

Evernote for iPad has a brilliantly intuitive and effortlessly beautiful interface. The use of thumbnail pictures throughout brings colour and life to the App and the attention to detail is great! I particularly like the way your notes are stacked - keeping you in touch with the way things used to be remembered...

A site that needs using to fully understand the design - with each section coming to life as your scroll over it. I love the contrast of the blue and red with the black and grey of the rest of the site.

Pulse News
A gorgeous news and article reader from the good people at Alphonso Labs. The simple Pulse logo really appeals to me while the use of light blue throughout is very effective. I particularly like the sketches that guide you though how to use Pulse.

BrainBurst
This is a fun, if slightly gruesome, logo. The big and bold font works well and makes you want to read it! I love the graphical representation of the brain and the fun nature of the overall design.

Brokedesign
An outstanding design portfolio site. Immediately draws your attention to the dramatic design in the centre and leads you to enquire further. The use of polaroids as thumbnails is great and I also like the contrast of the bright primary colours with the black and white interface of the site.

The use of high quality photography throughout is great and really brings this App to life! I also particularly like the standardised buttons and menus which allow the user to pick it up and get cooking!

A very stylish business card that utilises a simple crest logo. I love the way it has a clear focal point that grabs your attention! The text on the back could be made clearer, but nonetheless a classy design!

AppAdvice provides you with all the latest information regarding the App Store and does so using an excellently built interface. The custom icons are great and the use of coloured App icons really brings the App to life.

A great looking post card site. The images have a delightful hand-drawn feel and really grab your attention. One design element that really appeals to me is the use of custom drawn Facebook and Twitter badges.

A clear and beautiful iPad interface is what Things brings to the table. I like the simple use of colour to highlight key sections of the design. I find the custom icons give the App character while the inclusion of a \'Someday\' tab is great!
