I like the simplicity of a black logo on a white background, it definitely works here. The design of the mountains is great and really helps to make this design memorable, although I'd like to see more of the pickaxe logo.

Here we have a brilliant example of stylish and sleek business cards. I love the use of black for the background as the logo really works when it's the only splash of colour in the design. The layout is simple but effective, people will immediately feel at home with this in their hands.

A simple but extremely effective logo for Discovery History. I like the symbolism of the peeling 'D', as if the surface is rolling back as we delve into the past. The colours work beautifully together and the textured background is great, although it won't work in every situation.
