WebINK is yet another service for using better fonts on the web. Ironically enough, I think the typography could use a little work on the page but the overall design is attractive and well organized.

Quote robot helps designers and freelancers quickly create attractive and professional quotes. I really like this site design. The robot character is excellent. Other nice touches include the rounded corners, bright colors, and inset boxes near the bottom of the page.

I love the painted watercolor landscape background and the letterpress headline. Other great features of this design include the staggered portfolio pieces and beautiful tabbed image slider near the bottom.

This site is the portfolio of designer David Fooks. The black background and white objects contrast brilliantly and really catch your attention. Other great design elements include awesome icon design, nice and subtle dotted lines, and animated hover effects.

This site features an excellent old time, grayscale look and feel with dramatic photography and minimalist design elements. Only the homepage is featured above so be sure to stop by the site and click around to see the design style continued in different ways throughout the other pages on the site.

I really like the letterpressed typography and mixture of soft and bold colors in this site. The brightly colored thumbnails have a nice rounded corner border and turn grayscale when you hover over them. If you stop by the site, be sure to check out the nice graphic in the footer. Another great feature is the "back to top" button that stays with you as you scroll.

Three60 is a two man digital design company with a decent sense of humor. I absolutely love the animated pencil rocket ship on the blueprint background. It is a completely original graphic that really makes the site memorable. Other nice touches include the slowly changing customer testimonials in the top right and the subtle background gradient.

The huge eyedropper is an original touch that really makes this design. Other great attributes include the bright green textured background and the funny little Twitter bird.

A lovingly crafted site with a huge background image, and some really interesting navigation. The typography used in headings and the navigation bar works really well, and adds flair to the design. My only complaint would be that the text used in the main body areas is a little difficult to read. Other than that, a great example of creative background usage.

Another gorgeous iPhone application site, Snow Reports is a little heavy on the reflections, but executes type well and follows a solid colours scheme. A good example of simple design that serves its purpose well, with graphics that are completely suitable for the use of the application.

TweetShare aims to let you have a discussion (including the sharing of files and documents), using Twitter as a platform. An interesting idea! The design of the site takes a slightly more professional tone than many other Twitter services, with a subtle use of gradients and bold buttons. Logical, clear, and simple.

There's a lot to love about this carefully crafted website from the talented folks at Paravel. From the delightful illustration, through to the carefully crafted copy, it's a real joy to browse through. Whether or not you're familiar with the work of Alan Rickman, I'd urge you to click through to find out how wonderful a small, personal project can be. I'm thoroughly looking forward to the other names waiting to be added to this lineup of small promotional sites!
