A good example of effortlessly crisp and clean interface design, these media controls certainly wouldn't look out of place on an Apple product. The little details help to make them work, the shading, the hints of depth, and the consistent use of shapes.

A great example of bold interface design. These buttons make an impact through their use of perspective and bright colours, they would give an interface built around a distinctive character. This particular interface element would be ideal for a large variety of sites that use shopping cart style purchasing. I really like the prevailing blue colour and the details, such as the shading and shadows on the buttons.

Instatweet
A derivative, but still striking icon for an iPhone app that only works in iOS 5. The bird outline on the metallic background (reminiscent of iCloud) works well to get the purpose of the app across. The only tweak would be to add more depth to the icon.
