The header on this site steals the show. It features a great cityscape photo with an animated transition. Notice how the text on the photographic background has been treated. It is not easy to place text over such a busy photo but this solution is both easy and attractive.

A nice wide website that is bold enough to stretch out to 1,200 pixels. The gradient in the header is very attractive, the photo slideshow is great and the scrapbook edge treatment finishes off the look nicely.

MobiCart allows you to build an online store specifically suited for mobile devices. The design conveys this message perfectly with the large array of devices and keeps things stylish with a lightly textured background and a perfect blue/gray color scheme.

AppStorm is a great network of software blogs, and their new homepage is bright, bold, and a great jumping off point to the rest of the network. Icons work well to quickly show a visual representation of each different site.

This site is a great example of clean, corporate design that also happens to looks really nice. Note the heavy use of thin lines for content separation. The illustration is also very well done and really provides a great focal point.

A really nice looking theme site with big, bold design elements and a friendly appearance. I love the frog character scattered all over the site in addition to that interesting background graphic and the treatment of the typography in the headlines.

Leaflet is an iPhone app for checking on your Envato Marketplace stats. The site is simple but gorgeous. The designer has a nice sense of color and contrast.
