A great design for a creative agency, I love the nature of the scrolling and the bold use of colour to make an impact. It's not as easy to navigate as some sites, but it does make a statement.

This enigmatic sports site features an immediately recognisable style, and uses imagery to immerse the visitor in content. I like the blunt nature of the navigation and the adoption of the grid layout.

An extremely weird, yet supremely fascinating site that really grabs your attention. I actually quite like the business and oddity of the central design, you can't say this site doesn't have character!

A striking site for a design studio based in Knoxville. The style of the site makes an immediate impression, the pixellated left border giving the site a distinct character. The typeface works well with the overall design of the site.

A strong and striking site for a company that creates digital tools that empower organizations to engage their audience in meaningful ways. I particularly like the way in which they break down what they offer and the way the site flows.

This particular site makes an immediate impact with its strong graphic approach. The paint splashes add interest and colour to what could otherwise be a functional and lifeless site. The consistent graphic style works well, although some of the paint splashes are a little distracting.

A great portfolio site for a web designer that makes an immediate impact. I like the vibrant use of colour and simple layout. The only thing I'm not convinced by is what happens as you scroll over the central button, the boxes that appear look a little messy over the background.

A solid portfolio site for web designer that makes a strong impact. I like the clear description in the header and the textured background used. The gallery section uses a well worn but effective concept, showing a selection of designs on an iMac.

This site uses an attractive textured background with a sewn seam running along the top. The layout is strong and the bright graphics contrast well with the dark background.
