This site is for an iPad app that allows designers to create a digital portable portfolio. The page design is really classy and minimal with nice thin typography and bold contrast with the iPad frame.

An interesting site that uses a sewing metaphor for graphic design services. Vector Stories uses old style sketches and grungy paper textures to achieve a believable aged look.

I am almost always surprised to find a physical product website that I actually like. This great looking e-commerce site uses great looking design elements, a bright and attractive color scheme and nice typography to sell electric bicycles.

This site features a very thin layout with an extremely linear progression. Each portfolio piece is displayed one right after the other with a quick button to return to the top. The page is simple but effective and the work on display is quite beautiful.

This site features a very textured design with some aged paper and other rough areas and stains. As you scroll down you will see some nice faux water color effects and illustrations.

The poster theme for this site feels really unique and is extremely well done. The key here is large overstated graphical items that come together in a very non-linear way.

This is an extremely attractive site when you view it in its entirety. The architecture theme is masterfully done and I love the use of bright colors mixed with an otherwise dully gray theme.

A really nice photo-centric design with beautiful graphics and an awesome color palette. I really like the double column layout and strokes in the actual blog area, it is a fairly typical layout but looks particularly attractive here.

Mcdonalds really stepped up to the plate with their most recent website design. It is modern, clean, and uses superb food photography extensively. By ditching the clutter and letting the food be the hero, they really highlight their products well.

A beautiful site with a well-executed space theme, large attractive graphics and photos, and attractive typography. From top to bottom this is just a great looking site that perfectly nails the aesthetic for the target market.

It is nice to see a designer put a lot of thought towards aesthetics on a site for a local business. I like the use of shiny red elements scattered throughout the page and the modular structure of the information.

A dark and dramatic theme that uses faux lighting effects and wooden textures to add visual interest. The crazy footer design is a particularly nice and almost hidden touch. Be sure to visit the site and scroll all the way down to check it out.

This site uses a very simple layout to pull off a classy and minimal portfolio. The biggest section on the page is the work sample slider which really gives emphasis to the talent of the designer and therefore highlights the product for sale.

This site is a perfect example of how good photography is an easy and almost instant way to create classy design. The dramatic photo does all the aesthetic heavy lifting along with some grungy and old style text to support the theme.

An interesting take on the grid-based portfolio. I like the hover effects and the scattered client quotes. Those really help to provide comfort for potential clients who might be wary about hiring a designer they are not familiar with.

This site presents an interesting mix of grunge textures and modern design elements. I love the shadows under the portfolio items and the faux sticker look.

A really nice freelance design portfolio with a solid layout and some fun illustrations. I really appreciate how well thought the entire page is from top to bottom. The area above the footer is just as nice as the header.

The messy desk look has sort of been done to death but this site pulls it off much better than most. The wooden texture is really well done and the all the Photoshop work is quite impressive. The bottom portion has some nice shadow effects you should check out as well.

This site uses dark colors and grunge textures to set a young and edgy vibe. I particularly liked the hover effect on the navigation area. It stretches all the way to the top and is sort of a faux lighting illusion.

Looking great in black, this site features a simple artwork display area with a welcome message. There is lots of subtle texture work here that really brings a finished look to the site.
