Pixel Genio

A sharp design that draws the visitor in with friendly illustration. I like the clarity in the text and how quickly you are led to the important information. I particularly like the unique illustrations of the designers!

Proxart

This design style is fairly trendy right now and I am beginning to see it more and more. The basic premise is a very modular, grid layout with large squares placed over a beautiful photographic background. The end product is really nice.

Big Click

This site takes their name literally and presents some huge typography in a slideshow on the home page. The five boxes under the slideshow are a nice touch. They are simple but quite attractive and add some contrast to the page.

Highwire

This beautiful site was recently featured in one of our design critiques. I love the layout, the bright colors and the attention to detail on the graphical elements. A great design!

TilleyDesigns

This site uses a simple but effective design with a jQuery slider header and another for the content area. The use of sliders allowed the designer to cram a ton of content on a single page in a nicely designed manner.

Pop The Box

This site uses an awesome argyle patter in conjunction with a perfect color scheme and some subtle textures. I love the bold script font used here and the fixed background that makes the content seem to float on scroll.

Private Grave

An interesting site with a darkened photographic background and unique vector work. I love the logo for the site as well as the grungy tye at the top of the page.

Carbon Ads

This site is showing off lots of custom typography. The fonts look really great and give the site a unique feel. I alos like how some of the content is fixed while other parts scroll. This is smart, efficient and stylish.

UpHype

UpHype is an interesting service where users make unique offers for how they can promote your business. The design is colorful and fun and highlights the rather bizarre nature of the idea.

David Bushell

A well designed portfolio with an attractive black and white theme. When you hover over one of the thumbnails the picture is shown in color. A nice effect!

Incoming

This is a great site featuring a dark and colorful page design feels really unique. The icon is superb and the color scheme is spot on. Overall a great piece of design.

Baker Associates

One of the nicer and more unique corporate sites I have seen in a long time. I love the look and feel of this site. The layout, colors, typography and photography all flow really well together.

Reynolds Digital

Overall a little busy but it but I like the overall concept and strong use of alignment. The little 3D effects on the bottom portion of the page are a nice touch as well as the continua repetition of a single color on points of focus.

Clear Ideaz

I love the oversized graphics and typography on this page. Also, the ragged vertical navigation area is really unique and grabs your attention quickly. Visit the page and check out the subtle light bulb animation on the top left of the site.

Cobblestone Community Network

Cobblestone is designed to move people deeper into real relationships. The design of the site is slick, professional, and subtle. The use of subtle gradients and drop shadows gives the site depth, and the purpose is made clear straight away. I particularly like the top navigation, which manages to pull off a slight transparency, a simple texture, and some well balanced typography.
