A simple UI element for an upcoming iOS app that has a great sense of character. I love the attention to detail and use of shading to mimic lighting. I particularly like the retro feel of the gauge and the use of wood grain as the background.

A fascinating site for recruiting new people to The Site Doctor team. I love the concept of this site and the way you can collect your favourite job concepts into a 'hand'. The design is engaging, if a little confusing - playing cards and the barn don't seem to go hand in hand.

A beautifully detailed shot of an element for an upcoming iOS app. I absolutely love the use of texture and attention to detail that has been paid to the design. The antique colours work in harmony here to create a particular feel.

A gorgeous site for a web design studio. I love the use of typography and dramatic, and large, slogan. The slogan works really well to draw people in, as does the slider of recent projects.

A simple but effective icon for a baseball app designed for the iPhone. I really like the adaptation of the stitching and the simplicity of the concept. Simplicity is king when it comes to the impact of iPhone and iPad icons.

A beautifully vintage example of packaging design for a set of Hank Williams recordings. I love the antique radio as the basis of the design and the vinyl effect given to the CDs.

Restaurant Porte Sainte Claire Annecy
A brilliant restaurant site that makes an immediate impact. I love the food photography here, it's a difficult thing to get right but the colour and freshness of the food here is clearly evident. The simple central block of information is easy to understand and clear, people often just want the vital details when looking up a restaurant online.
