This one is a good combination of a special cut and clever design. The jagged edge combined with the graphics make it look like the card was burned, perfect for a company called Howl Fire.

A great design concept for a newspaper app for the iPhone. I really like the grid layout, the pictures really work well to make the experience immersive. I love the use of colour throughout, the header in particular makes an immediate statement.

A beautiful site that makes incredible use of typefaces. The uncluttered single column approach works really well here, you can't help but scroll to the bottom. I particularly like that you can roll back the top layer of text, it's a very nice touch.

Time Magazine for iPad looks simply gorgeous! Browsing through stories and articles is effortlessly enjoyable, the App manages to enhance the experience over reading the paper version. I particularly like that you can still get the exact front cover, it gives a great sense of authenticity.

Classics brings some of those favorite classic books a couple taps away on your iPhone. The gorgeous interface coupled with some great attention to detail, such as page turns and bookmarks, makes this a joyous App to use. The virtual bookshelf idea was looking great here well before iBooks was up and reading!
