This site features some beautiful vintage-style design with a lot of attention to detail. The typography, textures, colors and patterns are all spot on and really work well together.

This site uses an awesome and original chalkboard theme absolutely littered with great texture and custom sketches. The theme idea could have easily come out very poorly but the execution here is top notch.

This site features a very classy dark theme with beautiful colors and a nice, large image slider of recent work. I like that the images in the slideshow have actually been designed so that they give the illusion of changing the layout on the page. A great effect!

This site utilizes very subtle amounts of texture in the background, large thumbnails, minimalist icons and awesome web type. I particularly like the shadow treatment on the gallery thumbnails as well as the script font used on the active state of the navigation.

An interesting and unique site that uses full screen graphics that pan around as you move your mouse. The navigation can be a bit frustrating but much of the work on display is quite attractive.

This site is for an iPad app that allows designers to create a digital portable portfolio. The page design is really classy and minimal with nice thin typography and bold contrast with the iPad frame.

Word Refuge offers copywriting and SEO services. Their site is done in a historical revolutionary war era style and is absolutely beautiful. I love the illustrations, texture and typography. A great example of how to really push a theme idea to the limit.

The page design is super simple and built perfectly to highlight the beautiful apps on display. The large image scroller really grabs your attention and the UI for the apps is stellar.

A nice use of a dark theme with a few bright colors to highlight key areas. The header portion is a little text heavy but I like the graphical elements like the call us button seen above.

I love everything about this design. The bright background color, the grunge graphics, the subtle use of texture, it all comes together beautifully. The typography is also quite nice. Condensed fonts often look stylish in all caps and I think it works particularly well for this design.

A simple, centered column design with tons of white space. I love the ribbon at the top, the noisy background texture and the single pixel strokes dividing each section.

This site features dark colors, rounded corners and a large slider that takes center stage. I really like the overall aesthetic, there is plenty to grab your attention but the site maintains a very professional look.

The graphic design portfolio of M. Muller. I really like the simplicity of this site. It is essentially just a headline and a large slideshow. The animated beakers in the background are a really nice touch and there is a 3D effect that takes place when you move your mouse.

I have seen enough messy desk designs to last a lifetime but usually they are an overhead view. This refreshing take on the idea utilizes a straight on view and shows tons of attention to detail. The artwork is really beautiful on the home page and continues throughout the various pages.

Mega PDF is an e-book search engine. The page design uses rounded corners, shadows and transparency very well to create a nice, bright and very friendly page. This friendly, open design really invites you to give the app a shot.

This is the "coming soon" page for a new site for reading Bible stories. The black site really emphasizes the drama of the background image and makes for great contrast on the white to gray text.

Cobblestone is designed to move people deeper into real relationships. The design of the site is slick, professional, and subtle. The use of subtle gradients and drop shadows gives the site depth, and the purpose is made clear straight away. I particularly like the top navigation, which manages to pull off a slight transparency, a simple texture, and some well balanced typography.
