A simple but stylish site for a designer that makes great use of a focal slideshow. I like the restrained use of colour for the menu and text sections of the site. The grid of her favourite tools is a nice touch!

A stunning site for a kitchen design company! I love the massive photographic slideshow and the incredible impact it has when you first visit the page! The logo is stylish but subtle and works really well on the slightly transparent menu bar.

An photo filter App that wants to give you a taste of the unpredictable nature of developing photos in the past! Each tap gives your image an overhaul, if you like it then you can just tap the unobtrusive heart icon in order to save it. I like the simple uncluttered interface and clean execution of a single idea.

The colour fade used here is brilliantly eye catching, I particularly like how it\'s positioned off centre. The logo itself is made by the custom typeface and interesting geometric shapes created within. The text confusion in the centre works really well and adds an element of abstraction to the overall design.

The first thing that hits you here is the striking header! It\'s brave to use so much space on a single image but it really works here. The contrast between the light header and dark grey background of the rest of the site is really effective, as is the consistent use of the same design ideas!

Time Magazine for iPad looks simply gorgeous! Browsing through stories and articles is effortlessly enjoyable, the App manages to enhance the experience over reading the paper version. I particularly like that you can still get the exact front cover, it gives a great sense of authenticity.

At first, a folding business card didn’t seem very practical or appropriate to me. But then I realized that it’s a restaurant business card designed to look like a menu! Now that’s clever. The stylish use of black and gold makes a strong statement while the unique design is bound to make this card a keeper!

Great interface design from the people at H&M. The use of photography is excellent throughout and really draws you into the App! I like the intuitive use of tabs and consistent textures and design throughout!

An inspirational site that aims to connect growers to people with land to share! The use of colour here is excellent and really draws your eye to where it needs to be. I love how within seconds you understand the Landshare concept without even trying - a great sign of clever web design! I particularly like the Landshare logo and encouraging members ticker!

Another beautifully designed App from Sophia Teutschler! Groceries has a simple pinboard and note paper aesthetic which is very enjoyable to use. Overall the interface is intuitive and features excellent typefaces and icon design.

An excellent recipe App with a truly stunning interface! The attention to detail is amazing and makes this App a joy to use. The consistent use of high quality photographs is great, while the dark wood background fits perfectly with the note paper feel of the recipes.

A straightforward but undeniably effective portfolio for a web designer. The intuitive header is good and I like the size and readability of the main typeface. The coffee mug and cookie design is a nice touch and adds interest to the focal area of the site.

This is an effective site for a Barbers that uses a cartoon style to give out a friendly vibe. I like the use of the two main figures as a focal point and the bold colours used on a sparse background. I do find the name of the barbers difficult to read, which could be clarified by the use of a simpler font, but the animated Barber Shop sign is a nice touch

A stylish business card featuring a three colour design. The use of neutrals is good but adding a colour could further make an impact! I particularly like the repetitive use of the logo on the front of the card to create a textural design.

A good business card displayed in a rather fascinating way! I particularly like the design detail around the edges and how it doesn\'t interfere with the important information.

Dark and stylish business cards for a design company. The use of matt black really makes an impact when contrasted with the more neutral palette of the text. I particularly like the offset logo on the back and the sparing use of information.

While this design doesn\'t push the boundaries and sticks with a fairly standard formula it\'s worth noting the high quality of photograph used. The body illustration on the right is an interesting touch.

I love the visual continuity of this to-do App and its counterintuitive slant towards putting things off! The integration of standard UI features, such as the date selector, is good and makes the App supremely usable. I love the perspective used for the custom icons and the impact they make.
