Another great, albeit subtle, redesign of the Sparrow iOS icon. I really like the way the background colour of the icon perfectly matches the blue colours on the paper plane. It's simple but effective.

A great, albeit slight, redesign of one of Sparrows potential iOS icons. I love the crisp design of the paper airplane and the cohesion of the overall icon. There are an awful number of blue iOS icons, but Sparrow chose blue and should probably stick with it.
Posted in Interface → iPhone AppThe developers of Sparrow, a superb mail client, are releasing their iOS app soon - but what should the icon look like? They can't decide and so went to Dribble to get feedback. There are some awesome designs here, but which is your favourite?

A simply example of clean and uncluttered UI design. I like the two blue colours used here and the restrained design. Nothing here is over the top, it's a very functional UI set.

A simply gorgeous redesign of the Twitter app icon for the Mac. I love the boldness of this design and the brightness of the colour palette. It's not as understated as Twitter likes to be but it can't help but make you feel happier...

A slightly under-polished, but still effective, design for a eBook widget for Android. The use of reflections helps to add depth and interest to the design, as does the shelf concept.

A simple but effective user interface design that includes some standard but well executed concepts. The addition of red to the design adds some interesting contrast.

Posted in Interface → OtherA great icon concept for Xcode that uses a gorgeous colour palette. I really like the design of the hammer and the perspective given to it. The little details, such as the slightly lifted paper, really help to make this icon work.
