A simple yet extremely effective site for the iPad App Instagallery. The use of the multicoloured strip really helps to make an impact, while the heading makes it instantly clear where you have landed. I particularly like the colour palette used and split background, it helps to break up the content.

I love the minimal layout and lack of text content, the space really works to focus your attention on the fascinating central graphic. A clear and useable site for a website testing company. It\'s not essential for a site that is more functional (like this one) to be pretty, but it\'s still worth the effort. The colour palette is plain but works and it must be said that the layout and use of typeface is good.

The designer whose site this is purports to make websites that \'function\' & \'sparkle\' and this one certainly does! The bold focal graphic and luxurious use of space combine and make it a joy to look around. I particularly like the way the site gradually draws you down the page.

A very stylish site with an intuitive layout. The \'Ally\' logo is a great piece of design while the ever-changing central picture holds your attention. I particularly like how the large amount of empty space surrounding the header allows your attention to be drawn to the focal point of the site.

As the name implies, this site posts funny videos featuring animals. I really like the logo design and the textured background is not bad either. Overall, a fairly unique design for a video site.

ACME Creative
This illustration-centric site has some awesome graphics, colors and even a hint of texture. I love the simple layout with the heavy emphasis on imagery and the use of a bomb to represent ACME, a term that makes me think of Loony Toons!

This site uses a beautiful slideshow of photographic textures in such a way that it actually feels like the site is shifting hues due to the brightly colored slides. I also really the like the headline typography, the engraved shadow look is very nice.

This site has an absolutely beautiful design with perfect colors, textures and graphics. The content in the header automatically slides up in a smooth transition and is an excellent display of all the services offered by the company.
